WrapFest 2026 will take place from 19 to 22 May at Fira de Barcelona, alongside Fespa Global Print Expo and its co-located events for the first time.

The event is intended to bring together professionals from across the wrapping sector, while also giving visitors access to related opportunities in print, signage, personalisation, corrugated and textiles.

According to the organisers, WrapFest will feature more than 2000 sqm of exhibition space and a broad range of products and services for the vehicle wrapping and vinyl applications market. Areas covered will include window film, garage design and interiors, laminating machinery, vinyl cutting and finishing, inks, printable films, and workshop equipment such as ramps and lifts.

Confirmed exhibitors include APA, Antalis, Arlon, Carlas, Hexis, LX Hausys, GSWF, Legend PPF and SOIF.

The event will also host the World Wrap Masters competitions. Over the first two days, the World Wrap Masters Europe contest will see wrappers from across Europe compete by wrapping a range of objects and vehicles. On the final two days, regional champions will take part in the World Wrap Masters 2026 global series final.

The competition will be judged by Ole Solskin, Kiss Lajos, Penelope Garrido, Ivan Tenchev, Carlos Ruiz and Paige Walton.

Alongside the exhibition and competition programme, visitors will be able to attend free WrapTalks sessions across all four days. These will include panel discussions on workflow, creative applications and diversity within the sector. Confirmed sessions include ‘Pixels to Panels: The Wrap Production Pipeline’, ‘Inside the Wrap: Creative Projects That Pushed Boundaries’ and ‘Women in Wrap: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures’.

Duncan MacOwan, Fespa’s head of marketing and events, said: “We are pleased that WrapFest 2026 will take place alongside our flagship global events this year. As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding the Fespa community through meaningful connection, inspiration and support, we are confident that this integration will provide visitors with enhanced opportunities to engage across multiple sectors.”

He added: “Since its launch in 2023, WrapFest has established itself as a key meeting point for wrapping professionals, which offers valuable insights into the latest trends and innovations across the sector. It has consistently enabled attendees to identify and capitalise on opportunities that drive business growth and we are confident that bringing these events together will further strengthen this impact. We look forward to integrating the industry even further in Barcelona this May.”
