Climb, the Gateshead-based company which recently became part of the Precision Proco Group, says it expects the merger to lead to such an increase in work it is launching a recruitment drive.

Climb now finds itself part of one of the UK’s largest print organisations and the resulting volume of work, as well the speed at which the company is developing new products, mean that it is now looking to recruit a range of skilled developers.

The company, which describes itself as ‘leading the way in custom innovative web solutions’ is now looking to recruit a range of skilled developers.

‘We’re initially looking for around four new people to join the team at what is a very exciting time because we are pushing the boundaries and working on some really cutting edge products,’ explained managing director Chris Henderson.

Climb was founded almost 10 years ago and has long had a working relationship with Where The Trade Buys, the online and upload print portal which is also now part of the Precision Proco Group.

‘We have been involved with Where The Trade Buys from the very start, before it was taken over by Precision years ago and we have been an integral part of its growth,’ Mr Henderson continued. ‘It’s an amazingly successful portal because it is simple to use with so many functions and makes buying print easy. We are working on some really brilliant projects and it’s a very exciting time for the company.’
