CMYUK Group has expanded its central marketing department with the appointment of Helen Beresford Jay as product marketing manager.

Ms Beresford Jay joins the business from Contra Vision, where she most recently served as head of marketing. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning B2B marketing, sales enablement, product launches, distributor support and campaign delivery.

The appointment is intended to strengthen CMYUK Group’s centralised marketing team as the company continues to expand its presence across the UK, Europe and other international markets.

Reporting to group marketing director Sarah Neate, Ms Beresford Jay will support integrated marketing activities across the CMYUK Group, including distributor partner programmes and exhibitions.

During her time at Contra Vision, she worked across markets in the UK, North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, developing regional marketing strategies, global campaigns, technical content, product launches, international trade show programmes and distributor-led initiatives.

Her background also includes experience in wide-format print, signage, graphic design and sales, providing insight into both the commercial and operational requirements of the markets served by CMYUK Group.

“I am delighted to welcome Helen to the marketing team. She brings a valuable combination of strategic marketing experience, product knowledge and hands-on industry understanding,” said Ms Neate. “As the CMYUK Group continues to extend its global reach, her experience of working with international markets and distributors will be a tremendous asset to the team.”

Ms Beresford Jay added: “I’m pleased to be joining the CMYUK Group as their European expansion continues at pace. Having spent my career in and around this industry, I am genuinely excited to continue within it, working across such a vast and diverse product portfolio alongside a team with clear ambition and vision. I am looking forward to getting started and being part of this dynamic business.”

The company said the appointment reflects its ongoing investment in marketing resources as it supports growth across its expanding product portfolio.
