RGVA has helped Kinship Logistics commemorate the 50th anniversary of England’s World Cup win by wrapping 25 special edition ’66 plate MAN TGX tractor units.

The new trucks have been decorated with the transportation company’s blue and white livery, and were officially presented to the firm by World Cup winner Sir Geoff Hurst, who also signed three of the cabs – a signature that RGVA has made permanent in vinyl.

‘Having 25 special edition trucks is a real boost for our fleet and team,’ said Tony Hunter, logistics director at Kinship Logistics. ‘It was an honour to meet Sir Geoff.’

The three-quarter cab wraps using laminated 3M IJ180 vinyl were applied by RGVA’s graphics application team over a four-week period at MAN dealership, John Arnold Commercials in Bedford. Each tractor unit will stay in the fleet for three years.

RGVA, a 3M Select Gold Partner, has now wrapped more than 50 of Kinship Logistics’ tractor units and 30 of the company’s trailers over the past 18 months, with a further 20 trailers to be completed by the end of 2016.
