Commercial printers don’t need telling that times have been tough since the lockdowns began in March. But they haven’t been equally bad for everyone and some have even prospered during this unprecedented period, by opening up new lines of business and winning new customers. How they did this is what DIGITAL RE-SET, an exclusive Digital Printer online event, aimed to explain and share.

 

By featuring the experiences, attitudes and ideas of a select group of successful printers who re-set their businesses when their normal income streams dried up, followed by a panel discussion, the event provided a unique insight into the strategies that can re-shape a business and position it for continuing change in unpredictable times.

 

Digital Re-Set provided a much-needed forum to share experiences and ideas and was superbly chaired by Michael Walker. Listening to what other similar businesses were going through, and what they did to tackle the challenges, was like attending a (virtual) support group. Not only did this reflect our own position, it also helped affirm our strategy and keeps us motivated to keep searching for new opportunities.
