Introduction

Commercial printers don’t need telling that times have been tough since the lockdowns began in March. But they haven’t been equally bad for everyone and some have even prospered during this unprecedented period, opening up new lines of business and winning new customers. How they did this is what DIGITAL RE-SET, an exclusive Digital Printer online event, aims to explain and share.

By featuring the experiences, attitudes and ideas of a select group of successful and influential printers who re-set their businesses when their normal income streams dried up, followed by a live and interactive panel discussion, this event will provide a unique insight into the strategies that can re-shape a business and position it for continuing change in unpredictable times.
