Any 2D photographic image can be turned into a Shelfie 3D display unit

UK manufacturer of oversized 3D photo realistic replicas, StackaWraps, has expanded its range of semi-permanent retail merchandising units with the introduction of its new 3D Shelfies product.

Shelfies have been designed to create “maximum impact” in busy retail, exhibition and event environments, or anywhere where a brand needs to stand out from the crowd. By combining a photo realistic printed stretch fabric cover with a lightweight and strong internal frame it has created a brand-new form of free standing display and stocking unit.

StackaWraps can take any 2D photographic image and turn it into a fire-resistant wrap for bespoke frames which create an accurate skeletal contour to create a 3D display unit with multiple shelving options, from 4-8ft in height. Unlike cardboard the wrap can be manipulated into a variety of shapes at a fraction of the cost of rigid plastic alternatives.

Shelfies are designed as bespoke assembly kits and supplied flat-packed for easy and cost-effective distribution. They are easy to assemble and offer the additional advantage of being updateable unlike the majority of other merchandising units. Simply get a new stretch fabric vinyl printed for the next promotion or product launch.

Richard Mark Peter, co-founder, commented, ‘We are very keen to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with POS suppliers on the basis that we manage the specialist process of converting a 2D image to a 3D printed stretch fabric vinyl cover. We would also provide the necessary CAD files which will allow our partners to produce the internal structure using their existing cutting equipment and can also supply fully finished units.’
