Epson UK has announced two new appointments within its commercial and industrial printing division. Alec Matravers has been named customer experience centre lead, while Jessica Shorten Hood joins the company as product manager.
Mr Matravers, who holds a degree in print design, brings experience in reprographics, pre-press, and digital print manufacturing. He will oversee Epson’s Customer Experience Centre in Lutterworth, supporting customers in exploring the company’s printing technologies.
Ms Shorten Hood joins Epson following a career in sales, distribution, and business development within the technology sector. As product manager, she will contribute to the development and support of Epson’s commercial and industrial print product portfolio.
