Soyang Europe has strengthened its hardware team with the appointment of Andy Webb as commercial director and Ian Windebank as wide-format print specialist.

Both have joined the Accrington-based company with immediate effect, bringing experience across print technology, hardware sales and customer support.

In his new role, Mr Webb will be responsible for Soyang’s hardware solutions and the continued development of its hardware offering. He joins following a career that has included senior roles with print technology manufacturers Fujifilm and Canon.

“I’m delighted to be joining the Soyang team,” he said. “I’ve been working alongside the company for a number of years and am really pleased to now be part of such a great group of like-minded people.

“I’m looking forward to helping grow the Soyang hardware business. There is a huge amount of opportunity in the wide-format market, and I’m excited about building on the strong foundations already in place.”

Mr Windebank joins as wide-format print specialist, reporting to Mr Webb and working alongside Soyang’s wider hardware team. He has more than a decade of experience in print, including 11 years with InkTec Europe.

His role will focus on supporting customers with their print technology requirements, including identifying suitable solutions and helping them make investment decisions.
