Paragon Group has acquired DG3’s UK operations, increasing the group’s capabilities in transactional and commercial print.

DG3 is an ‘end-to-end communications solution provider’ and specialises in regulatory compliance, marketing and business applications for clients in the financial sector; it installed a Xerox Trivor inkjet press at its Dagenham, Essex site in 2019. Its managing director, Gary Wilson, remains in post and the business will continue to trade as usual under its current name and branding but as part of Paragon Customer Communications’ (PCC) UK, Ireland and Luxembourg operations.

Jeremy Walters, CEO of PCC UK, Ireland and Luxembourg, said, ‘This is an exciting time for our business and I am delighted to have completed this acquisition, which will enable us to strengthen our relationship with our core transactional customers and further expand our operations into key markets. DG3 bring with them an excellent track record and an experienced, dedicated team, and I am very happy to welcome them to our business.

‘As a dynamic organisation, we will always seek to expand the breadth of our offering and improve the range of services we provide to our clients, integrating businesses with complementary solutions to our own.’

John Rogers, executive director of Corporate Development, Paragon Group, commented, ‘I am delighted that we have concluded this deal. PCC’s continued focus on corporate expansion via acquisitions will enhance our service line and geographic offerings, increasing the value we can add for our clients and transforming the experience they deliver for their customers.’
