Northumberland-based Potts Print has announced a trio of promotions. The company, which recently became the first in the North East of England to become fully carbon balanced, has made Beck Owen deputy director of its Corporate Services Division, Sandy Vassallo its new head of logistics and Melissa Couch client services manager.

Ms Owen joined the company five years ago and now plays a key role in Pott’s quality and certification activities, including ISO, BRCGS Packaging Materials and health and safety accreditations.

Ms Vassallo, who has been with the firm for over five years, will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations. She has been tasked with ensuring both the ‘efficient receiving and dispatching of goods, whilst constantly seeking to improve performance and productivity.’

Finally, Ms Couch, who has spent the past three years with Potts, will support the Client Services and Sales divisions, with the aim of ensuring client retention by achieving ‘the best level of customer satisfaction.’
