Paul Warren of Cloud to Print: Keyline is the basis for far-reaching automation

London-based Cloud to Print is marketing Keyline MIS software in the UK and Ireland, following a recent agreement with German developer Crispy Mountain.

Developed in collaboration with several major German print companies, Keyline is a “true” SaaS (software as a service) offering that is designed to cover the entire print process from order taking and estimation via production and finishing to stock-keeping, logistics and accounting functions.

‘Keyline is an exceptional solution within the MIS landscape, and we are excited to support Crispy Mountain in their endeavour to establish Keyline as the MIS of choice in the UK printing industry,” said Paul Warren, managing director of Cloud to Print. ‘Keyline is more than a standard MIS. Via open interfaces, it is able to communicate with other software solutions of any kind, as well as with machinery for printing, finishing and logistics. It creates a holistic data stream, enabling full control anytime anywhere, and building the basis for far-reaching automation.’

‘We are delighted that Paul Warren, as a recognised expert in the UK printing industry, joins forces with us to bring Keyline to new exciting markets,” said Matthias Prinz, who runs Crispy Mountain with Christian Weyer. Mr Prinz added, ‘With Keyline, we provide a solution for the printing industry that is based on the latest standards of software development. Fueled by sophisticated ideas and modern interfaces that touch all aspects of a print business, it goes far beyond the standard of conventional MI systems, which focus mostly on the quotation part. Keyline is flexible, scalable and customisable, enabling printing companies to future-proof their business.’
