Inkcups will use Printing United Expo 2026 to demonstrate the latest additions to its direct-to-object printing portfolio, with a particular focus on its High Throw technology for printing onto irregularly shaped products.

Exhibiting on booth C1215 at the Las Vegas event, taking place from September 23 to 25, the company will demonstrate both the Helix High Throw UV Cylindrical Printer and the X5-T High Throw Flatbed UV Inkjet Printer. The technology is designed to increase the distance between the printhead and substrate, allowing high-quality printing on products with greater height variation and more complex shapes.

Launched in June 2026, the Helix High Throw UV Cylindrical Printer extends the capabilities of helical printing by accommodating height variations of up to 15mm on cylindrical and conical products. The system is intended for applications including stepped and tapered vessels, containers with handle posts, sports balls, pet bowls and planters.

The X5-T High Throw Flatbed UV Inkjet Printer uses the same High Throw enhancement to print on contoured, rounded and slightly curved objects such as mugs, tiered drinkware, sporting equipment, coolers and luggage.

Also on display will be the Helix ONE, a compact benchtop direct-to-object printer aimed at print service providers, apparel decorators and packaging businesses looking to enter the market. The system prints onto straight-walled and tapered cylindrical products including bottles, tumblers and candle holders, and will be demonstrated alongside a personalisation kiosk.

Alongside its direct-to-object portfolio, Inkcups will highlight several pad printing solutions. These include the B100 one-colour tabletop pad printer for promotional products, apparel labelling, medical devices and electronics, and the 2200-PS two-colour pad printer, which features a dual-position pneumatic pad-slide mechanism designed to maintain accurate second-colour registration.

The company will also demonstrate its Cobalt Edge pad printing plate-maker, a 20-watt MOPA fibre laser system for producing pad printing plates. Used with Inkcups’ EdgeWrite software, the system enables operators to manage multiple jobs, simplify file preparation and maintain consistent production settings.

Applications across the stand will include a range of promotional products, with drinkware among the featured printed samples.
