Vanguard Digital, a Durst Group company, has unveiled its newest innovation, The Radnor. The company believes the new 3.2-metre UV-LED hybrid printer will set a new benchmark in wide-format printing, offering adaptability for print service providers with its rigid and roller substrate capabilities.

“The Radnor stands as our most advanced machine to date,” said Jim Peterson, founder and COO of Vanguard Digital. “It’s the result of years of momentum, growth, and our team’s relentless pursuit of innovation.”

Engineered for speed and quality, the Radnor can be equipped with up to three rows of Kyocera 4pl variable-dot printheads, achieving speeds up to 6146sqft/hr. A magnetic linear drive system ensures precise drop placement and image clarity. Key features include six independently controlled vacuum zones, automatic board registration, and optional white and varnish ink capabilities. Designed with sustainability in mind, the machine also incorporates eco-conscious engineering with no VOC emissions, lower energy use, and reduced material waste.

As the latest addition to Vanguard’s “Redefined Productivity” line, the Radnor reaffirms the company’s role in offering tools for businesses at every level.
