Antalis has signed a binding offer to acquire the Integart Group in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, allowing Antalis to expand both its footprint in Eastern Europe and its range of visual communications products.

With a turnover of €42 million and more than 200 employees in 2022, the Integart Group is a distributor of visual communication products, headquartered in Poland with offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
