Antalis has signed a binding offer to acquire the Integart Group in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, allowing Antalis to expand both its footprint in Eastern Europe and its range of visual communications products.
With a turnover of €42 million and more than 200 employees in 2022, the Integart Group is a distributor of visual communication products, headquartered in Poland with offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Established in 1994, the group offers a range of large format printing materials, textiles, interior design products and machinery for various industries, such as media, interior design and construction.
With Integart Group’s expertise in selling large format printing machines and its brand portfolio, the acquisition will enable Antalis to diversify its offering. The offer is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, including the approval of the Polish competition authority.
Hervé Poncin, chief executive officer of Antalis commented, ‘The acquisition of the Integart Group will strengthen our market position in Eastern Europe and enhance the execution of our growth plan in the visual communication market.’
‘Since its founding, our company has grown to be a highly specialised and reputable supplier of visual communication solutions and services for the advertising industry. Joining the Antalis group will make us a stronger player in the market and allow us to expand internationally,’ added Sławomir Kot-Zaniewski, president of the Integart Group.
