Ricoh has collaborated with Quadient to enable print service providers and enterprises to provide marketing services for large-scale campaigns, by integrating Ricoh ProcessDirector, its automated workflow management solution, with Quadient Inspire software for omni-channel communications.

Following on from the recent implementation of the two software tools at Communisis, the combination allows users to create and manage integrated campaigns that combine physical and digital communications on-the-fly. Channels may include print, HTML 5-based web and email, texts, and WhatsApp communications. The degree of interaction achieved can be recorded and reviewed in campaign reports and dashboard views. Users can manage the end-to-end process with granular object level tracking and it is said to be suitable for large scale campaigns in sectors such as banking and utilities.

Clive Stringer, director Continuous Feed, High End Software, Ricoh Graphic Communications, Ricoh Europe, commented, ‘The software solutions combine to support PSPs and enterprises transforming into marketing services providers. This enables them to manage large scale complex campaigns. Working together, Ricoh ProcessDirector and Quadient Inspire provide a unified end-to-end integrated campaign approach for customer communications programmes of all sizes. Individualised data is collated accurately and presented in a visually pleasing way using responsive design. This ability to intelligently manage communications ensures the inclusion of relevant, interesting, and engaging content. Delivery via the preferred medium prompts greater interaction and response rates.’

Quadient Inspire is immediately available from Ricoh across EMEA.
