Xerox has confirmed the appointment of two executive vice presidents, Mary McHugh is the new executive vice president and chief delivery and supply chain officer, whilst Joanne Collins Smee is now executive vice president and chief commercial, SMB and channels officer.

Ms McHugh, who joined Xerox in June 2018 as chief delivery officer, will report to Steve Bandrowczak, president and chief operations officer.

Last year, we began working to implement a frictionless, high-velocity supply chain to increase flexibility and responsiveness and improve customer service,’ Mr Bandrowczak said. ‘By bringing supply chain together with delivery and manufacturing under Mary’s leadership, we will drive additional cost and productivity synergies while ensuring end-to-end systems that provide better customer service.’

Meanwhile Ms Smee, whose role is newly created, will report to CEO John Visentin. She  joined Xerox in September 2018 as chief commercial officer and has spearheaded the development of the company’s software and services strategy.

Under her leadership, Xerox has made progress growing our software business and introducing a new line of digital services,’ said Visentin. ‘To further support Xerox’s growth, Joanne and her team will focus on delivering innovative and faster-to-market workplace solutions for small to midsize businesses and channel partner.’
