Adare SEC has appointed Andrew Herd as its new chief digital and information officer.

Mr Herd, who previously served as chief information officer at Computershare Loan Services, will focus on building secure systems that enable effective integrated communications and solutions.

The Huddersfield-based company’s clients include financial services company Allianz, multinational commercial bank Santander and nature conservation charity RSPB. The company has a turnover of £69.7m and employs 440 people.
