Pyramid Display Materials has acquired the assets and stock of substrate distributor and fabrication house POS Plastics.
Based in Wakefield, POS has been supplying the market since 2002. The company will add a new dynamic to the Pyramid group of companies, providing plastic sheets and self-adhesives.
‘POS Plastics have a great history in the industry and when we first spoke to POS about the possibility of them joining our group both parties realised what a good fit it would be,’ said Pyramid managing director Dennis Morgan.
‘The Pyramid Group will gain a presence in the industrial plastics market with POS Plastics benefiting from the support of a larger company together with being able to expand their product range to their customer base. We can now give POS Plastic’s customers the option to buy a much larger range of digital roll and flat sheet products.’
POS Plastics will relocate to Pyramid’s Castleford premises and its customers will be contacted in the coming weeks with news of the enhanced product and service offering now available.
