New Opus Trust board appointees (from left): Tony Strong, Christine Sampson-Hughes and Richard Farmer.

Outsourced communications specialist Opus Trust Marketing has added three new members to its board in a bid to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency and attract the best talent.

The new arrivals include former group managing director of Communisis and Parseq chief executive Tony Strong as chief operating officer, who Opus Trust chief executive Rob Alonso said has an impressive track record of delivering business transformation through service on several boards.

Richard Farmer joins as sales and marketing director from Paragon ID, bringing with him more than 25 years of sales and client services leadership experience, while Christine Sampson-Hughes comes with extensive knowledge of building and implementing training, development and coaching programmes to her role as HR director.

Mr Alonso said: ‘Building on our success to date, I am adding further expertise to a board which has achieved impressive year-on-year growth. Not only will this help to deliver our future growth strategy and refine our shape for the future, it will also ensure we continue to deliver the best service possible for the benefit of our clients and their customers.’

He added: ‘We have great long-standing relationships with our clients, but in the fast-moving customer communication world we strive to stay ahead of the curve, constantly develop our e-solutions offering and demonstrate to our clients that we are not only a trusted partner today, but that we have the capability to deliver their future needs.’
