Publishing software and services company Atex has made three appointments to its executive team.
Joining at the UK headquarters in Reading is Jeremy Wilson as chief financial officer. He most recently served as Group CFO at Regenersis Plc and has a proven track record in high service blue chip corporations trading globally, including DHL Express, Honda Motor Europe Ltd and Electrocomponents plc.
Colin Ashworth is now chief operating officer, a new role to drive operational performance within the company. Previously, he ran his own consultancy business for international and technology-led businesses, including Ladbrokes, Zurich Insurance and Xchanging.
The third addition is Lorren Wyatt as chief staff officer. She has previously worked within the technology, software development, financial services, insurance and health care sectors.
These three new appointments join Gary Stokes, who was recently appointed as group chief executive officer. He said: ‘We are excited about our new structure, which demonstrates Atex’s commitment to growth and the media industry as a whole. Our new appointments will help shape and direct the organisation’s growth plans and we look forward to benefiting from the insight and experience that they will bring to Atex now and into the future.
