Xerox has opened “The Future of Xerox Production Print”, a four-day event aimed at commercial print providers, channel partners and industry leaders from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The event is being held at the Xerox Innovation Centre in Uxbridge and features hands-on demonstrations, technology previews and executive briefings focused on developments in the production print market.

Speaking at the event, Terry Antinora, president of global production print services at Xerox, said: “Print providers are at a defining moment where intelligence, automation and differentiation will separate leaders from followers. Production print is a strategic pillar for Xerox, and we are investing boldly in high-speed inkjet, AI-driven workflow and digital embellishment to help our clients enter a new era of print.”

During the programme, Xerox is presenting its end-to-end production ecosystem, demonstrating how connected workflows, automation and digital enhancements can support more integrated print operations. The event also marks the global debut of several new products.

Among the launches are the Xerox Proficio PX300, a compact digital colour press with automation features and an optional fifth colour station, and the Xerox Proficio PX500, a high-volume press designed for scalable production environments. Xerox is also introducing the IJP900 Inkjet Press for mid-volume transactional and direct mail applications, updates to the PrimeLink C9200 Series production printers, and enhancements to its FreeFlow Vision Connect cloud-based monitoring and analytics software.

According to the company, the new presses and workflow tools are intended to broaden application capabilities and support operational efficiency for print providers.
