The Strategic Mailing Partnership (SMP) has named the winners of its 2025 Awards at a ceremony held at The Steel Yard in London. The event was attended by more than three hundred representatives from the print and mailing supply chain.

Webmart won the platinum Mail Performance Award
Hosted by comedian Hal Cruttenden, the event highlighted three categories: the Mail Performance Award, the Sustainable Campaign Award, and the Bright Futures Award.
The Platinum Mail Performance Award, sponsored by Whistl, was presented to Webmart for its Welcome Home programmatic mailing campaign with Exodus Adventure Travels. Judges praised its creative use of live booking data and automation to deliver personalised communications that increased rebooking rates by over 50%. Gold Awards in this category went to Precision Proco, Formara, Join the Dots, Nutshell Creative, and Whistl Doordrop Media, while Go Inspire received a Highly Commended accolade.
The Bright Futures Award, supported by Marketreach, recognises professionals under thirty. Hannah Murphy of PSE Agency won Gold for her leadership in data-driven direct mail, with Silver awarded to Isobel Arnold at Paragon, and Bronze to Claire Behan of Canon UK. Paige Ellis-Gibson of Greens the Signmakers was Highly Commended.

In the Sustainable Campaign Award, sponsored by UK Mail, Webmart also won Gold for its work on the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation catalogue, which cut emissions by 79% through changes in design and production while achieving record sales. Silver went to Join the Dots and Whistl for the RSPCA’s Christmas Campaign.
Lucy Swanston, chair of the SMP, said: “The Awards are about celebrating the ingenuity, creativity and collaboration that make mail such a powerful channel. Every winner has shown how innovation, sustainability, and talent are driving our industry forward.”
The SMP thanked its sponsors, including Whistl, UK Mail, Marketreach, Canon, and Konica Minolta, for supporting the event, which aims to raise the profile of mail as a strategic marketing channel and highlight the talent and innovation within the industry.
