HP Industrial Print has introduced a new suite of automation solutions designed to streamline print production and improve efficiency. The tools were announced during the Dscoop Edge Long Beach event.
Central to the announcement is HP Nio, which the company claims is the first AI-powered chatbot for the print industry. Nio provides real-time insights, predictive analytics, and workflow optimisation through conversational interaction, aiming to simplify decision-making and enhance operational responsiveness.
Several updates were also revealed across HP’s digital print ecosystem. The HP PrintOS platform now includes a new Creativity Power Pack, which adds compatibility with Adobe CC2025 and integrates with Bria.ai for AI-generated imagery. The goal is to enable faster, more personalised campaign production.
In fulfilment, HP Site Flow has been enhanced with new features such as integration with ShipStation’s API to support over 100 carriers, expanded production planning tools, and warehouse management via Mintsoft. These updates aim to improve order tracking, speed and fulfilment flexibility.
Meanwhile, HP Brand Centre has been upgraded to accelerate brand onboarding, improve catalog management, and centralise production and invoicing processes, helping printers and brands collaborate more efficiently.
HP says the innovations are part of a wider strategy to embed artificial intelligence throughout the print production lifecycle, enabling end-to-end automation and smarter workflows.
