Flow Group, a print marketing and fulfilment firm based in West Yorkshire, has fully rebranded following a series of acquisitions and structural changes. The move is intended to provide clarity and cohesion across its service offering while enhancing brand recognition in the marketplace.

The multimillion-pound turnover business, which operates a 16,000sqft site in Brighouse, partnered with Leeds-based agency Fantastic Media to deliver the strategic rebranding. As part of the process, Flow Group invested in a new website, updated signage, and a refreshed marketing strategy, alongside a wider shift in how its various brands are presented to customers.

Previously operating under ‘The Flow Group’ name, the business has now unified its core services – including Mr Flyer and Modern Bookbinders – under a simplified brand structure, designed to strengthen awareness and customer retention.

Managing director and co-founder Richard Standing commented: “The rebrand has been a long time in the making, but we have enjoyed working with Fantastic, who have offered insight and perspective, translating our brand structure into exactly what we need. Our customers will benefit from Flow’s new look and simplified structure whilst maintaining the same drive for sustainability and strategic solutions that maximise their print marketing and fulfilment campaigns.”

Flow’s revised brand message retains its sustainability credentials through the company’s Greener Mail initiative, and reaffirms its focus on end-to-end print and fulfilment services.

Fantastic Media’s director of strategy and insight Gary Pattison said: “When Flow Group approached us to help with their marketing, we quickly realised that we needed to take a step back and look at how the organisation’s brands were structured and how they should be positioned in the market. The team at Flow completely embraced this approach.”
