Mimaki Europe has introduced two new printers, expanding its offering in the object decoration and roll-to-roll signage markets. The Mimaki UJV300DTF-75 and JV200-160 reflect the company’s broader innovation strategy and long-term strategy.
The UJV300DTF-75 builds on Mimaki’s established UV printing technology to offer a new solution for object decoration. Designed to produce high-quality, durable prints on a variety of previously challenging substrates, it enables customisation on items that would not typically be suitable for direct UV printing.
The JV200-160 is an eco-solvent roll-to-roll printer geared toward signage production. Mimaki says the machine combines ease of use with strong print quality and reliability, and is designed to meet the needs of print service providers looking for dependable, day-to-day output.
Both machines reflect Mimaki’s wider growth ambitions, which include a sharpened focus on vertical and horizontal market expansion. “Our vision now is to support the needs of a more diverse, flexible print industry,” said Arjen Evertse, Mimaki director of sales.
Mimaki is also implementing new internal structures to better support customer needs, including dedicated teams for industrial production and business development, the company announced.
