Total Specific Solutions (TSS) has acquired Keypoint Intelligence, a US-based provider of data, market intelligence, and analytical software for the digital imaging industry.
The move strengthens TSS’s position in North America, following its earlier acquisition of GeoSoftware, and adds a well-established insight-led business to its portfolio of vertical market software companies.
Keypoint Intelligence provides data services, business intelligence, and document management solutions to the digital imaging sector. Its customer base includes leading OEMs as well as more than 2000 dealers and leasing companies. The company’s bliQ platform offers access to laboratory and field test reports, product evaluations, device data, and outsourced testing services, underpinned by proprietary analytical testing capabilities.
It also offers ProPrintPerformance, a solution focused on competitive intelligence and training for sales and marketing professionals working in digital production print.
