Monadnock Paper Mills has appointed Molly Rosenthal as director of strategic business development.

The oldest continuously operating paper mill in the United States, Monadnock specialises in premium printing, and packaging papers. Ms Rosenthal will bring nearly twenty years of business development and sales expertise, along with a proven record of accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and launching targeted initiatives across both established and emerging industries to the business.

According to the company, Ms Rosenthal excels at identifying strategic opportunities, shaping compelling brand narratives, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive business objectives – blending creative insight with commercial discipline in every engagement.

Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing and business development at Kirkwood, playing a central role in elevating brand visibility and driving sustained revenue growth across sectors including life sciences, luxury, and consumer goods. Prior to that, Ms Rosenthal served as national accounts manager for the Northeast at Mohawk Paper, where she developed and strengthened high-value relationships across luxury, design, and commercial print markets.
