CMYUK has named Julia Clarke as its new service administration manager, in a move designed to bolster its customer service operations amid continued company growth.

Ms Clarke, who joins from modular construction company Elements Europe where she was learning and development coordinator, brings with her extensive experience in customer service administration. She will report directly to Neil Roberts, head of the CMYUK service department.

Her newly created role will focus on improving communication with CMYUK’s growing service customer base and ensuring smooth internal processes. The company is currently experiencing accelerated growth across all hardware platforms, and Ms Clarke’s appointment is part of a wider commitment to maintaining high service standards.
