Pureprint Group has named Andy Lydiatt as its new director of strategic growth. The senior position has been created to support the company’s plans for accelerated expansion and integration across its various business units.

The appointment is part of Pureprint’s broader strategy to unify its manufacturing, marketing, creative, and technology services into a cohesive, future-focused offer. With the company’s centenary approaching in 2026, the move signals continued investment in talent, technology, and innovation.

Mr Lydiatt will be responsible for leading strategic planning and execution across the Group. His remit includes identifying new market opportunities, supporting innovation, and aligning teams to meet changing customer needs. Pureprint, which serves sectors from retail and publishing to finance and the public sector, aims to continue delivering UK-based, sustainable services without compromising on quality or service.

Mr Lydiatt brings extensive experience in driving growth and digital transformation in the print sector. He began his career at provider of customer communications, transactional print, direct marketing and point‑of‑sale services Communisis, during its transition to digital print. He then went on to lead technical services at print production agency Precision ProCo, helping to scale its technology-led offering, ultimately becoming group sales and customer experience director.

“I’m genuinely excited to be joining a business like Pureprint – rich in heritage, ambitious in its thinking, and focused on the future,” said Mr Lydiatt. “There’s a real opportunity here to bring brilliant people and capabilities together, simplify how we work, and help deliver even more value for clients.”

Mark Handford, CEO of Pureprint Group, added: “Andy’s appointment is a key move as we step into the next phase of Pureprint’s evolution. We’re investing in top talent to help shape a more connected, agile Group – one that’s equipped to keep growing, keep innovating, and keep delivering for our clients in a changing world.”

Pureprint Group employs 500 people and has annual revenues of £82 million. The business operates from several UK sites including Uckfield, Newcastle, Gosport, Leeds, and Crayford.
