Konica Minolta has launched the AccurioPro Dashboard, a software tool designed to work with its line of digital presses to maximise pressroom efficiency and reduce downtime.

Developed by Konica Minolta and available in two versions, the new software automatically collects and analyses device information to provide fast, accurate and comprehensive production environment data in real-time to increase overall productivity. It works with Konica Minolta’s AccurioPrint and AccurioPress digital presses in both commercial print and enterprise/CRD environments. 

The entry-level version, AccurioPro Dashboard Essential, is said to offer a highly attractive price/performance proposition to capture and use production data including job and media information. The Ultimate version provides detailed reports and enables comparisons of productivity over consecutive weeks to establish trends. A menu called Ultimate Single Item accesses a Cloud-based platform for reducing downtime or increasing production capacity. The Ultimate version also gives detailed recommendations on how to improve uptime, based on an analytics capability that helps determine root causes of profits or losses via actual time and resource consumption during production.
