Direct-to-garment specialist Polyprint has formed a new American subsidiary specifically to help it meet the growing demand for its TexJet printers in the world’s largest DtG market.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the new branch opened its doors on 9 December and will be headed by Luke Ryerkerk. Despite establishing its own presence Stateside, Polyprint will continue its partnership with Ryonet, an established US textile print solution provider which supplies TexJet printers throughout the USA.

‘We are devoted to creating a local supply chain of Polyprint products to help apparel decorators grow by offering state-of-the-art, yet affordable DtG products,’ said Polyprint CEO George Benglopoulos. ‘Polyprint USA will be our direct link to clients by providing full access to our products, support system and ongoing educational services.’

New American CEO Luke Ryerkerk added, ‘I am looking forward to helping the DtG community improve by educating passionate people. We’re here to help anyone interested in DtG technology and to support them in reaching their business goals. There is nothing more satisfying than witnessing business owners start and grow their company successfully.’

Polyprint says the new operation, which is already fully staffed and fully stocked, represents its intent to continue putting customers first by extending its reach and empowering entrepreneurs to start their own custom apparel business.
