The Magic Touch has refurbished its Dunstable showrooms and training facilities, installing new HD cameras and enhanced audio features which enable it to conduct online demonstrations, technical support and product updates.

The company says it has experimented with Skype, Facetime and various other online options in recent years but with lockdown increasing people’s familiarity with Zoom it believes that it is now more viable to offer this sort of experience.

In July alone The Magic Touch completed over 25 product demonstrations and hosted 10 separate technical support sessions including software tips, RIP tutorials and facemask decoration.

All equipment demonstrations are pre-booked and customers are invited to forward in advance their chosen artwork to be used during the session. All printed samples produced are then sent to the customer for their evaluation, input and thoughts.

Managing director Jim Nicol commented, ‘With almost 29 years of service to the industry we have always maintained our business and reputation by ensuring our service levels not only match customer expectations  but exceed them. This new technology when managed properly, will enhance and improve this even further in the future.’

The Magic Touch will continue to invite customers to attend ‘Hands on Demonstrations’ at their facilities in Bedfordshire.
