EFI is set to host its debut Ignite Virtual Experience event from 21 – 23 April. The three days will feature ‘informative sessions’ covering the company’s full line of display graphics solutions, with a focus on super-wide printing.

With major tradeshows such as Fespa and drupa postponed or suspended, the virtual event is designed to help print service providers stay up to date with all of EFI’s technology and applications advances.

The three days will include:

  • Demonstrations of EFI’s latest wide- and super-wide format inkjet printing technologies live from EFI customer experience centres in Israel, Belgium and the United States
  • Q&A sessions with EFI training, R&D, applications and marketing experts delivering answers on a wide variety of topics
  • Software demonstrations of EFI’s software solutions, including Fiery, IQ Cloud and the Midmarket Print Productivity Suite
  • Webinars addressing business opportunities and high-value applications
  • A keynote speech from CTO Doug Edwards addressing the future of digital inkjet technology

‘In the current global crisis situation, with so many events being cancelled, EFI wants to ensure that customers, potential customers and industry media can have access to information they need to move their businesses forward without the need to travel,’ said Ken Hanulec, vice president of worldwide marketing. ‘There are companies that still need to make important technology decisions, and we are leveraging all of our resources around the globe, making our experts and our technologies available to better enable PSPs in their search for the most-effective production solutions.’
