Antalis has announced improvements to Substr8, the online product selector it launched in May 2019. The site now benefits from ‘enriched’ navigation, better mobile usability and a new live chat feature.

Substr8 allows customers, specifiers and end users to navigate Antalis’s range of roll and rigid media by application across eight different creative sectors, including retail instore/exteriors, office, automotive, exhibition and hospitality. Intended to further enhance the visitor experience, the new features will ‘make choosing and selecting large format substrates for interior and exterior projects even simpler.’

Katie Farr, strategic marketing manager at Antalis said: ‘The response we have received since the launch of our Substr8 tool has been really positive. We were keen to build on its success so users will notice an improvement in the navigation, and the downloadable files, too. But what is really exciting is the new live chat feature, which means users can get a response to questions while they are actively browsing the site.

‘With specifiers and end users becoming increasingly conscious of making sure the large format substrates used in their projects align with their brand, and meet their environmental criteria, Substr8 helps to guide them through what can be an overwhelming array of options. We’ve also had feedback from our experienced customers, who already have a good understanding of these kinds of materials, that Substr8 has helped them to identify new ideas and opportunities for products that they hadn’t before considered.’
