American manufacturer of folder/gluers and binding equipment B&R Moll has added three new models to its range of rotary die-cutting systems.

The 2020 Jr, the 760 and the 760 Plus are all variations on the Moll Flexcut System, a compact in-line die-cutter designed to provide digital and commercial printers with reliable, high-speed, and versatile performance for sheet-fed applications.

The new systems are available with either two magnetic cylinders for cutting and creasing, or an anvil cutter for just cutting. They can handle paper ranging in size from 508 x 508mm for the 2020 Jr to 760 x 760mm for both the 760 and the 760 Plus. The maximum linear speed for the systems is 7000 sheets per hour.

Additionally the 760 Plus allows for a steel jacket to be wrapped onto the bottom cylinder for quicker change over and reduced die cost without giving up the option of creasing.

‘B&R Moll has such an extensive product portfolio that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the post-press industry, as evident by these latest additions to our Moll Flexcut System, delivering faster throughputs and compatible with various stock ranges,’ said vice president of sales Kevin Moll.
