The Newtech nationwide series of practical print workshops will be coming to RAF Museum, Hendon, on 2 May.

At the May event Hemel Hempstead-based Printbyte will be demonstrating its range of digital production and enhancement systems.

Phil Turner, director of Printbyte, said he wants to ‘Invite printers to break the chains of click rates. We can help you start selling a more involved service to your clients, by including additional services that have a higher profit margin than print. We call these ‘value added services’.

‘For instance, with digital business cards on plastic/paper/card or RFID cards, price is not determined by volume so that even low volumes provide high margins.’

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the Printbyte team at at the show.

The Newtech series will be visiting Portsmouth two weeks after London,  with a show held at the Marriott Hotel on 16 May.
