CadCam Technology, manufacturer of laser technologies for the textile industry, and its subsidiary GS UK have been acquired by Summa to strengthen its position in the print finishing equipment market.

Based in Nottingham, UK, CadCam Technology (CCT) is a developer and manufacturer of laser cutting and laser engraving machines. The company is also involved in software development and integrating vision systems and camera recognition into finishing equipment. Its main markets are soft signage, garment and garment embellishment, with major customers in the automotive, solar panels, sportswear, and footwear industries. Its subsidiary GS is a distributor and test centre of CCT equipment.
