InPrint 2013 is a new event announced by FM Brooks, covering 3D printing, rapid prototyping and digital inkjet printing. It will be held on 13-14 November 2013 in Cologne, Germany.

The announcement follows that of EcoPrint 2012, due for Berlin in September, and will be based on the same collaborative approach, prioritising education exchange on a strategic level for both manufacturing processes and businesses that serve the industrial sector.

Print technology manufacturers, printers and consultants who have attended group meetings and have contributed to the development of InPrint 2013 include representatives from the inkjet head development, ink and substrate manufacturing sectors. Further details of contributors and exhibitors will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Marcus Timson, director of FM Brooks said: ‘We’re very pleased to be launching a new show dedicated to the industrial printing sector. The successful launch of EcoPrint 2012 has proven there is a need for new events that specifically focus on the key strategic issues and opportunities for print. For future print technologies and technical print, whether inkjet or screen, there is currently no dedicated event and community that connects technological innovators with strategic industrial decision makers and pioneering print entrepreneurs. This gap will now be filled with the launch of InPrint 2012.’
