Aaron Printing is making its debut in digital printing with a Linoprint C751 from Heidelberg. This investment comes only months after it added a nearly new Speedmaster XL 105-5+L along with the latest MIS and CTP systems.

The West Molesey company already offers a mailing service and believes that, with the investment in digital printing, it will be able to offer a single centralised and efficient database and list manipulation service.

‘Everyone is adopting the short run, personalised digital printing arena and we cannot afford to be left behind,’ said Gary Nagioff, managing director. ‘We like dealing with Heidelberg and the Linoprint quality fits best alongside our litho presses. It is a great entry level machine. We have also specified the Morgana DocuMaster Pro bookletmaker so quick turnarounds will be easy.’

Lack of toner oil in the Linoprint ink also allows digital work to be perfect bound using cheaper hot melts rather than PUR glues.
