Shuttleworth Business Systems has launched a brand new non-conformity package, which allows users to manage and analyse non-conformance processes on the Shuttleworth MIS.

The package is can categorise the causes of the problems and also enables users to add appropriate fields for reporting. An non-conformance report and dashboard gives complete analysis including non-conformance costs, time taken to deal issues, analysis by company, representative and year comparison figures.
