Presstek Europe have teamed up with International Graphic Supplies to hold an open house at Presstek’s showroom in Middlesex on 21-22 April.
Both companies will have an array of equipment on show with live demonstrations focusing on how printers can find new revenues streams with both a low cost of ownership while being environmentally responsible.
Ian Pollock, sales director EAMER, explained, ‘The DI presses are more relevant to today’s market than ever before. Our CPO [Certified Pre-Owned] presses are more affordable which allows for a faster return on investment. The DI solution can help bridge the gap between the toner based click charge models and the traditional print. DI can offer fantastic high quality four colour print, with quick turnaround on short to medium run length work which the industry demands. One operator can turnaround 12-15 jobs per shift on their own!’
International Graphic Supplies managing director, Peter Flynn, added, ‘We are delighted to be able to demonstrate our new inkjet devices at this event. Amongst the solutions we will be demonstrating are our iJetColor digital inkjet label and envelope presses, powered by Memjet. The Azon direct to substrate printer will be imaging a wide range of materials including wood, glass, plastic and aluminium using UV ink technology. During the open house we will prove that our ink jet solution offer high quality, low cost of ownership with the added advantage of additional revenue streams into new markets.’
