Presstek Europe will be showing live demonstrations of its 52DI Press retrofitted with the Benford ECO UV System at its London Customer Demonstration Centre, 21-22 April.
Simon Cosh, Sales Manager Digital Printing Systems Europe stated, ‘The Low Energy system significantly reduces the power required compared to the standard UV systems there is also no additional footprint required as it fits into our standard compact 52DI press. The results we have seen so far are superb and with the large array of materials we can produce on the press already due to the waterless process, this system, no doubt, will enhance its capabilities. During the Open House we will be printing on various substrates on the Presstek 52DI with the Benford ECO UV System including Lenticular, Cartonboard and Plastics and on our Presstek 34DI we will be printing on various paper stocks, coated, uncoated up to 0.5mm and envelopes. We will demonstrate the versatility of the presses enabling Print providers to print more jobs, in less time, profitably with a genuine Environmental Solution.’
