Capita Document & Information Services has been awarded a place on a government print supplies framework to provide printers, managed print and records information management services.

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print and Content Services, and Records and Information Management framework (RM3781) is split into seven lots. Capita has been awarded a place on multi-sourced lots 2 and 3. The estimated value is up to £385m over the next four years.

Lot 2 – ‘MFDs and Print Management Software Services’ – is for the provision of devices ranging from entry level, standalone to fully networked print room equipment, business processes and document workflow software.

Lot 3 – ‘Managed Print and Content Management Services’ – is for the provision hardware, software, applications and ongoing management, including advice and recommendations.
