Keith Wilmot is the new CEO of Dscoop, the global community of print service providers who use HP Graphics Solutions technology

Keith Wilmot has been appointed chief executive officer of Dscoop, replacing John Rogers, Dscoop’s global executive director who retired at the end of 2016.

Mr Wilmot has spent 20 years in marketing and was most recently CEO of Leadercast and past global vice president of creativity and insights at The Coca-Cola Company. In his new role, Mr Wilmot will provide strategic leadership to the global Dscoop boards of directors and management teams worldwide. His responsibilities will include oversight of the organisation’s strategy, financials, operations and marketing around the globe.

‘I am thrilled to be joining this incredible team and community,’ said Wilmot. ‘Our focus will be growing this strong base of printing professionals and building brand love and value across the ecosystem of HP brands, customers, partners and consumers.’

‘John was instrumental in developing our scale, growing our dynamic membership and affirming relationships with our partners,’ said Gary Peeling, Dscoop global chairman. ‘Keith’s proven leadership will enable swift progress in delivering on our mission.’

Registration is now officially open for the sixth annual Dscoop EMEA conference, which takes place from 7-9 June 2017 in the Centre de Congrès de Lyon, France.

The 2017 conference promises ‘an even greater emphasis on educational content’.

‘We fully expect to hit new heights,’ said Alonzo Romero Lauro, director, Dscoop EMEA. ‘I am looking forward to connecting with our members again to see what pioneering ideas they bring to the table.’
