QPS will be demonstrate a Roland Texart printer at the annual sign and graphics show

Lancashire-based Quality Print Services (QPS) will be exhibiting its wide-format and dye-sublimation printing technology and inks at Sign & Digital UK 2017.

Among the equipment on display on the QPS stand will be a Mimaki JV300 wide-format printer running Nazdar 130 Series inks, developed as a completely compatible, colour-matched alternative to the OEM Mimaki SS21 ink set, with a low-odour formulation and lower price. Visitors will be able to see the high-intensity, high-gloss colours and improved resistance to alcohol, scratching and abrasion offered by the Nazdar 130 Series.

In addition, QPS – an authorised Roland dealer for dye-sublimation and UV applications – will be demonstrating a Roland Texart RT-640 running Roland dye-sublimation inks.

‘We’re seeing an increase in demand for soft signage equipment so are looking forward to demonstrating a Roland dye-sub printer and inks to Sign & Digital UK visitors,’ said Chris Bailey, director of QPS. ‘The use of flags and fabric displays for advertising have been popular on the continent for some time and is really breaking through in the UK, thanks to their durability, longevity and ease of storage and transportation; they can be simply folded up and washed for reuse in the future.’

Sign & Digital takes place at the NEC, Birmingham from 28-30 March 2017.
