Keynote speaker for day two of IPEX 2017, Deborah Corn, will discuss customer relationships, trends in print buying and Printspiration – her own take on what purchasers are looking for and how to relate to them as a service provider.

Ms Corn brings more than 25 years’ experience in advertising, marketing and customer relationships in the print industry. As well as being an internationally recognised speaker and industry personality, she works with printers, suppliers and manufacturers of all shapes and sizes, helping them develop relationships with their customers.

Ms Corn’s IPEX session will explore several hot-button topics in print buying and client management, referencing her knowledge of communications with brand and agency clients, and identifying which print applications appeal to the broader world. She will delve into the successes of the North American industry and explain how “less is more” in terms of delivering value to customers.
