The job finished with Drytac’s Protac Anti-Scratch laminate at the offices of theidol.com

Chorley-based Poppy Signs has been converted to Drytac’s Protac Anti-Scratch laminate, after using it to improve an installation at customer theidol.com, a web-based insurance provider based in Penrith, Cumbria.

Dave McDonald, managing director of Poppy Signs, explained, ‘We recently carried out a job for theidol.com that was finished with a regular clear laminate. Unfortunately, the surface scuff marks looked really obvious. We are fully focused on doing everything we can to ensure our customers have the best possible graphics solution, so clearly this wasn’t good enough.’

Poppy Signs decided to try Drytac’s Protac Anti-Scratch laminate instead. Mr McDonald continued, ‘We returned to our customer and reapplied the whole graphic, this time finishing it with Drytac Protac Anti-Scratch laminate. The end result was stunning – and didn’t leave the slightest application mark on the material surface. The customer is extremely happy with the new graphics.’

The company is now using Drytac Protac Anti-Scratch for all graphics applications that require a durable scratch-resistant finish.
