Charlotte Crampton will spend more time visiting resellers in her new role
Charlotte Crampton has been appointed as ArtSystems’ new workflow development manager following her four years working as a digital applications specialist with the Nottingham-based distributor.
Becoming the workflow development manager will see Ms Crampton spend more time out on the road visiting with the company’s reseller partners.
Ms Crampton commented, ‘I’m really looking forward to getting more involved with the resellers. Although it’s been great helping them in the Demo Suite, the demo itself is usually at the end of a longer process. My aim is to work with our partners all over the UK to help equip them with more information and a better understanding of their customers’ requirements at an earlier stage in the sales process.’
Andrew Edwards, divisional manager for Sign & Display at ArtSystems, said, ‘For some time now we have recognised the need to provide a more proactive resource to help our partners identify the best technical solution for their customers’ requirements. Charlotte’s job is to make that process easier through not only being an experienced training resource, but also the “go to” support service they can call on at any time.’
