Canon U.S.A. will showcase a range of production and large-format printing technology at PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place in Las Vegas from 23-25 September.

The company, which is title sponsor of the event, will use booth N5801 to present equipment spanning sheetfed inkjet, toner production printing, wide-format and workflow software.

Among the highlights will be the varioPRESS iV7 B2+ sheetfed inkjet press, represented through an interactive virtual display and application samples. The press can produce up to 8700 B2 4/0 sheets per hour and handles sheet sizes from 13 x 19in up to 24.5 x 29.5in.

Canon will also demonstrate its varioPRINT iX1700 B3+ sheetfed inkjet press live. The system can produce up to 165 letter-size pages or 75 B3+ four-colour images per minute and uses Canon-developed Qualinx printheads and inks.

In toner production printing, Canon will mark the 20th anniversary of its imagePRESS and varioPRINT platforms, displaying the imagePRESS V1350 and V1000 alongside the official debut of the imagePRESS V900 II. The varioPRINT 6000 series TITAN monochrome press will also be shown with an inline C.P. Bourg booklet maker.

Large-format exhibits will include the Colorado XL-series, available in XL7R roll-to-roll and XL7H hybrid configurations, and the Texas ST2/X1 UV LED flatbed printer developed through a collaboration between DigiTech and Canon. The latter is a 4 x 8ft system capable of speeds up to 2024sqft/hr in express mode.

Canon will additionally show its new imagePROGRAF TM-610M and TX-1300 MFP Z36, alongside Colorado M-series, Arizona 2380 GTF and other imagePROGRAF devices.

Workflow demonstrations will include PRISMAsimulate, an ink and print cost estimation tool being extended to selected Canon sheetfed inkjet presses, and an updated version of the cloud-based PRISMAlytics Dashboard.
