BST North America will showcase its latest web guiding and print inspection technologies at Loupe Americas 2026, highlighting systems designed to improve production efficiency, reduce waste and lower operating costs across converting and finishing operations.
Among the technologies on display will be the TubeScan with Digital Strobe 6K, the company’s high-resolution 100% print inspection system. The system is designed to detect print defects across a wide range of substrates and applications and incorporates Multiplex Illumination, allowing up to three illumination modes to be used simultaneously during a single inspection pass.
For digital printing environments where multiple jobs are produced on a single roll, TubeScan also features Dynamic Job Change, enabling inspection settings to switch automatically between jobs without interrupting production.
BST will also demonstrate several of its web guiding solutions, including CompactGuide, CLS CAM 100, CLS CAM 200, AccuNet STO and WideArray sensors. Live demonstrations will show a range of guiding methods, including web edge, web centre, line, contrast and object guiding, illustrating how the systems maintain accurate web positioning across different substrate types.
The company will also demonstrate how BST and AccuWeb web guiding systems can be controlled through a single operator interface, allowing multiple guiding systems to be managed from one location.
According to BST, accurate web guiding can improve register accuracy, reduce setup times, minimise web breaks and cut material waste. Combined with continuous print inspection, the technologies are intended to increase process reliability throughout the converting line, supporting more stable production, faster job changeovers and consistent print quality while reducing the need for operator intervention.
BST North America will exhibit at Booth 637 during Loupe Americas 2026, which takes place from 15 to 17 September.
